Exchange and Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all our items within 3 business days of receiving your order.


We only ask that you meet the following requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• The item(s) must not be used in any way.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.


Refunds will be issued excluding the cost of the original shipping and return label.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred to return the item(s) to NZZ for refund is not covered or reimbursed by us .

How can I arrange a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected] using the same email address used to order the product.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for returned merchandise, other than defective items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once you receive the items, you will receive your refund (product price excluding original shipping cost).

Nazz Watches cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned items. We recommend using a registered mail service to return items and keeping a record of tracking details.

Where do I send my return?

When we receive your return request, we will email you directly with the address you would like the items returned to.


How long does it take to process my refund?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you initiate a return, we do our best to respond within 24 hours.

We will refund your money using the same method you used to pay within 1-6 business days.


What if my order arrives damaged, or there is an error?

While we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged item, or a manufacturing error occurs, please contact us immediately at [email protected] .
